Surviving the winter can be challenging if you live in the colder regions like I do. Thankfully Ariat has a great seasonal winter wear collection to help you look your best and stay warm when around the barn or riding.

A perfect addition to my winter wardrobe, the Cadence Wool ¼ Zip uses Ariat’s innovative Cold Series technology, along with moisture wicking properties to help regulate temperature and maintain comfort. The Ideal Down Vest is perfectly versatile for the cooler season and is super flattering. Not only is it filled with down insulation to keep you cosy, but it is also packable and folds up to fit into an attached pouch, making it easy to transport. Made from lightweight 20 denier fabric, the vest is easily portable for days out and perfect as an under or over layer when temperatures plummet. I love it because it is so thin, yet warm, fits with everything and has pretty much been my everyday go to piece for every winter temperature as the main layer or an intermediate layer.
So, how did I survive without this one before? No idea! For walking and riding, the Madden Parka really is the ultimate winter outer layer. It’s made from a waterproof stretch shell for flexibility in the saddle, along with waterproof seam sealing and zipper construction, this jacket truly protects against driving rain and damp conditions. Apart from the fact that the breech has my initials in the name (it was meant to be!), this truly is every dressage riders dream. I love them because they are still thin enough to have a good connection with the reigns, yet wonderfully warm when riding at -1c and fit perfectly with every winter riding look.
