Every year Pantone give us guidance in what the top 10 colors for the upcoming season will be and this year they provided quite te variety resulting in a mixture of vitality, relaxation and great outdoors. To me that sounds like the perfect summary of the equestrian lifestyle.
I picked a few of the vibrant shades to create this Pantone 2017 #rootd. It all started with the Lapis Blue Canada Goose chilliwack bomber jacket. Then continue the bright and vibrant feel, I added a Moncler Liane vest in the color Flame and combined it with a The North Face Mezzanine fleece zip hoodie and Roy Roger’s belt in Pink Yarrow.
To avoid a color overdose, I kept all the other items sleek and classy in black. A no miss pair of breeches in every equestrian closet is the Pikeur Lucinda full seat breech. Other no miss items are a pair of black Roeckl grip gloves, a pair of Alberto Fasciani super sporty showjumping boots and a Samshield shadowmat helmet.
Finish off the look with a black cashmere ribbed knit beanie from GAP and matching infinity scarf by Prana.
